Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Our ACLS classes includes snacks, beverages, and a light lunch. You will have to order an ACLS book to study prior to arrival at class. The ACLS book must be brought to class with you. If you read the ACLS book and review the CD inside, the class should be stress free.

A pre-requisite to ACLS is a current BLS for Healthcare Provider card (CPR)
If your BLS card is expired, do the online course and we can do a BLS skills check off before ACLS class for $40.00

ECG and Pharmacology 

Description:

ECG includes  Heart anatomy • Basic electrophysiology • Normal ECG measurements • Basic arrhythmias

Pharmacology reviews the basic ACLS drugs, the drugs doses and routes of administration during cardiovascular emergencies and integrating basic drug pharmacology into the ACLS algorithms

Basic Life Support (BLS)for Health Care Providers (CPR)
Description:
The BLS for Healthcare Providers Course covers  adult, pediatric and infant CPR (including two-rescuer scenarios and use of the bag mask), foreign-body airway obstruction, and automated external defibrillation

 

Course Length and Cost:
Class length depends on the number of students, on an average 4 1/2 to 5 hours. $55.00

Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens

Description:

General OSHA Standard for bloodborne pathogens training for anyone with a real potential for occupational exposure topics covered include:

• How to Protect yourself from exposure to bloodborne pathogens

• How to act appropriately when a bloodborne pathogens exposure occurs

• How to clean up after a bloodborne pathogens exposure

• How to properly report any bloodborne pathogens exposures

 

Who needs this Class?
Designed specifically for the workplace/health and safety market who must be trained annually in bloodborne pathogens. It is targeted toward settings such as industry, Fortune 1500 companies, occupational health, property management,

hospitality, security, and health fitness staff.

Heartsaver First Aid With OR Without CPR and AED  

Description:
The Heartsaver First Aid Course teaches how to manage adult  illness and injuries in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Course content includes General Principles, Medical Emergencies, and Injury Emergencies.

Optional Topics include: CPR and AED, and Environmental Emergencies.

Optional Add-On Training Module: Infant CPR With Mask

All modules First Aid, CPR & AED: About 8 hours or without infant CPR - 7 hours

Heartsaver CPR
Description:
The Heartsaver CPR Course teaches CPR and relief of choking in adults and children, and infant CPR and relief of choking, and use of barrier devices for all ages.
